  The townhouses are located in a charming neighborhood. The tenants in some of them are rather troublesome. Numerous occasions cops have been involved and the leasing office contacted regarding the selling and distributing of illegal substances, after over a year this matter has not resolved. Maintenance is wonderful about fixing issues in a timely fashion however plowing and salting is contracted out. On a frequent basis, the ice was so terrible in the parking lot and walkways that my child slip and hit his head. Overall, you can find very similar living accommodations with fewer issues and more commodities for the same price.
